A vacancy to learn and become a food operative making products for the general public. To work as part of a team and encouraged to strive for the very best both in both products and from yourself, to learn, to achieve and ultimately take a sense of pride and understanding in your day to day role.

A role that will teach you from the very beginning of bakery production to the final packing of products. There are multiple roles within the factory as a food operative, from batch weighing, mixing, table or machine work, bake off and final pack.

You will be taught a variety of skills that will underpin and build your knowledge, give you confidence and satisfaction, enabling you to climb the career ladder should you choose or equally settle into a satisfying full time permanent position where job satisfaction becomes the normal.
