This is a varied role, working with the account managers to support their projects in technology brand leaders, it will include;

  • General admin support for example locating and booking film studios
  • Identifying suitable prize items for incentive programmes
  • Purchasing prizes and updating the project with associate costs
  • Setting up registration sites using an online tool
  • Supporting the Account Managers
  • Handling phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Packaging up and dispatching prizes to the winners
  • Help manage the translation process of English creative assets such as HTMLs, social banners and brochures into different languages
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Keeping track of supplier invoices/receipts
  • Use of Excel, Word, Email systems, our in house electronic library system, and other systems such as the registration tool.

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.
