We are looking for somebody friendly, fun and energetic who loves home fragrance, to join our production and packing team. The role will involve making and packing home fragrance products and working as part of a team. A high level of attention to detail required, working in a fast paced environment, and ability to multi-task and use initiative.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Warehouse management including barcoding, booking goods in and out, label printing and generating picking sheets.
  • Packing of customer orders and order dispatch.
  • Taking delivery of stock, storing stock, security of goods.
  • Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork
  • Taking responsibility for a company’s delivery services.
  • Storing, labelling and uploading stock to the relevant systems according to established procedures
  • Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment
  • Assisting with warehouse inventory controls.
  • Assist the production team by helping to make products, label and barcoding items.

GCSE Maths and English and Grade 4 or higher, or Functioanl Skills Level 2, preferred, but not essential.

About the employer

Here at Poppys Norfolk we are a small close-knit team that work from a small studio based to the rear of the brand owners’ home in Dereham.

Poppys Norfolk makes highly scented home fragrance products for sale online and through high-end retailers. We use the finest ingredients and have a small team of amazing people who make and pack products.

We launched our website January 2021 and have continued to grow; we are hoping to increase our studio to a warehouse in the near future to ensure we are able to keep up with the demand for our products.
