You’ll become an integral part of the team, assisting with the smooth running of the department.

This role entails a variety of daily duties and task in which the successful candidate will learn and grow becoming an expert in their field. Please see below a list of just some of the daily duties involved.

  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone, face-to-face, and through emails
  • Liaising with co-workers, clients, insurance providers, and medical providers, using email and phone
  • Data inputting onto spreadsheets and software
  • Creating, updating, and managing spreadsheets
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintaining client files and providing regular and concise updates to our clients
  • Building relationships with clients

Future prospects

Roxburgh Financial are huge supporters of the apprenticeship scheme and they're building for the future. There is availability for progress in the Business and Finance Sector! A full-time position after the apprenticeship will have a starting salary of approximately £14,000 per annum.

Roxburgh are a financial services provider multiple clients in a mostly telephone based sector. They deal with clients throughout the UK from all different backgrounds to help them arrange their protection such as life insurance, income protection. They also have a mortgage department and investments/pensions department. They have a busy office environment dealing mostly online and on the phone. They are a very friendly and welcoming office with people of different ages and backgrounds. The apprentice would be mentored by the administration manager and the role would be to join the administration team working within the main office.
