This is a great opportunity where you as the apprentice will assist in the smooth running of the branch.

Duties will include;

  • Learning the software system to pay landlords
  • Creating and producing invoices
  • Answering and passing on phone calls in a timely manner
  • Taking messages and passing them on
  • Greeting customers who come in store
  • Responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Assisting with social media
  • Assisting staff with viewing if and when equired
  • Updating particulars and house details
  • General administration including filing and scanning

This is firstly a people business and secondly a property business. The candidate will need to be personable, outgoing, and friendly. Someone who likes to talk to people and brings a warm welcome when someone comes into the office.

Contributions will be mostly administration-related to start with we are looking for someone who wants to learn and eventually doesn’t mind doing viewings and inspections with full training later down the line.

About the employer

Belvoir is the largest group of lettings franchises in the country. Each is owned and operated by a different franchisee who specialises in the lettings industry. We are also looking at going into property sales in the near future.

The office is small but friendly and has a real local feel to it. Myself as the business owner will mentor the apprentice and I am in the office on a full time basis. Karen is part time and does all the day to day property management that comes in with repairs and inspections.
