Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Create, organise, and maintain customer files
  • Process bookings and quotations using our MIS
  • Process Customs clearance using our logistics software
  • Ensure all correspondence and documents are filed accurately
  • Contact and follow up information required from customers
  • Contact and liaise with suppliers regarding rates and quotations
  • Contact and liaise with port authorities and other stakeholders
  • Process financial administration tasks
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection
  • Arrange delivery of cargo through our partners
  • Arrange collection of cargo from our terminal or warehouse
  • Answering calls, taking messages, helping with queries
  • Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise closely with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed within the required timeframes
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • General administrative duties to assist the team
