This is a versatile and flexible role with an opportunity to progress within the organisation.

Duties may include:

  • Order fulfilment including pick, pack and label orders to present for posting
  • This will include making up favours and organisation your time effectively to do so
  • Use our bespoke system that is linked to the back end of our website
  • Working using Royal Mail, Amazon and eBay and how they relate to our business
  • Market research projects with the aim of bringing forward new ideas to the organisation. We value the opinions of our staff very much
  • Receiving stock deliveries, checking and putting away stock
  • Answering telephone calls and emails ensuring that you present the company in a professional way
  • Taking messages and passing them on to the relevant person/s correctly and within agreed timescales
  • General administrative duties
  • Cleaning duties
