The main duties include the following:

  • Meet and greet any visitors
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them, as necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Interacts with colleagues and carries out their requests
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Maintains accurate records
  • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Attends workshops and conferences when needed
  • Participate in the development of evolving company policies and procedures
  • Support manage systems
  • Solve day to day problematical issues that may arise

  • Experience using relevant business software such as MS Word, Outlook and Excel
