Your role will include dealing with customer over the phone, confirming insurance policy details along with agree payment agenda’s. You will, on daily basis be speaking with clients over the phone to renew and take payment for their insurance policies. You will be preparing clients insurance policy documents and making mid-term adjustments to client's policies. You will be keeping client's files compliant with industry standards, including creating new files.
Duties to include:
- Liaise with a range of parties (including customers, external parties, internal departments) to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues and accurate information is obtained
- Ensure customers are kept informed with clear communication at all times
- Carry out diary actions and diarise future actions
- Action postal/fax/electronic correspondence
- Undertaking basic security steps to identify customers
- Pass calls to other departments where necessary
