An exciting opportunity to join a well-established gastro pub, restaurant and hotel as a Front of House Apprentice.

For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full-time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.

You will be trained alongside the experienced members of staff within The Falcon at Hatton.

Duties will include:

• Greeting customers

• Taking orders

Selling techniques

• Waiting on tables

• Serving drinks

• Working in a safe manner at all times

Things to consider:

• Access to your own vehicle would be advantageous due to the pub location.

• This is daytime, evening and weekend working.

We use biodegradable cleaning chemicals, we sort and recycle around 80% of our waste and our used oil is collected, cleaned and converted into biofuel. We don’t work with just anyone, we look for the highest accreditations, full traceability and sustainability so that we don’t harm our precious environment.

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. All apprentices are required to complete and evidence 20% off the job learning whilst on their apprenticeship – this will include online attendance for masterclasses..
