Key responsibilities and daily duties

  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls, ensuring all messages are dealt with
  • Greeting clients
  • Maintaining the online diary system
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Assisting Senior Surveyors
  • Assisting Senior Administrators
  • Dealing with emails (both incoming and outgoing)
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • General filing to include maintaining Client files both paper and online. File archiving.
