You will be working towards your Production Chef Apprenticeship standard by working alongside a highly skilled team of chefs and assisting in a range of duties. 

Duties include:

  • Food preparation
  • Input in menu choices - being creative and getting involved in the business aspects -  costings etc.
  • Working alongside trained chefs to gain cooking and baking skills and knowledge
  • Making sure the kitchen is clean, tidy and free of hazards
  • Presenting food in a creative manner in line with menu specifications and company ethos
  • Getting food out to customers in a timely manner
  • Using fresh locally sourced ingredients

  • Online hospitality masterclass attendance, monthly.

Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. All apprentices are required to complete and evidence 20% off the job learning whilst on their apprenticeship – this will include online attendance for masterclasses.
