Working under the direction and guidance of an experienced staff member you will undertake the following.

Job duties:

  • Communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Arranging and attending property viewings and inspections 
  • Exit inspections and inventories
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Ensure current legislation and guidelines are met at all times
  • Basic administration tasks
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
