You will be working on a day-to-day basis in all aspects of office work incluidng:

  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning of documents
  • Photocopying
  • Filing, both manual and electronic
  • Opening and cloing clients files
  • Answering calls and directing to relevant people, including taking messages
  • Accounts administration
