We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administration Apprentice to support our busy surgery.  The role will be varied and you will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Main Duties:

  • Interacting with patients on the phone or in person
  • Answering calls and dealing with queries
  • Preparing documents
  • Assist in ordering office stationery and other supplies
  • Scan documents onto the patients computer records accurately.
  • Workflow documents to doctors
  • Input and update date on practice computer screen
  • Registration of patients onto practice computer system and updating patient change of address and contact details
  • Any other admin task delegated by the Practice Manager
