Responsibilities will include:

  • To produce plaster moulds from rubber, plaster, or metal cases
  • To work on traditional bench layout for cup, flat, cast or handle moulds
  • To record counts and losses
  • To work at the correct specification and set up bench with correct apparatus
  • Ensure working environment is clean and safe at all times

You will see and experience first-hand how their products, ideas and inspirations come to life as you play a key part in creating ware for their portfolio of incredible, heritage brands. With roles such as Mould Makers, Crankers, Lithographers, Makers and Multi Printers on offer, you would play a key role in the Portmeirion team and processes.

Starting off on a Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop on you own apprenticeship journey.

The Portmeirion team, including your line manager and their Learning and Development Manager, will work with you to create a unique development plan to ensure you have the ability to grow and achieve your potential.
