The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the Academy Operations Manager.

You will often be the first point of contact for visitors and parents at the academy and will be required to undertake a range of duties associated with reception and office administration and support the smooth running of the office, demonstrating a positive commitment to equality and diversity whilst contributing to building the Academy culture and team ethos. Adhere to responsibilities and any other duties commensurate with the role.

Duties involve but not limited to:

  • Doing administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing)
  • Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails
  • Arranging meetings, appointments, and executive travel
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Maintaining folders on servers
  • Recording meeting minutes
