Duties will include: 

  • The successful applicant would work alongside both Front of House Team members and the Sales and Administration Team to ensure the smooth running of weddings and functions
  • Provide operational support for the planning, logistics, delivery and customer service 'guest experience' for each event
  • Work in collaboration with all departments to provide a guest focused and quality experience working to the required standards, operating procedures and policies whilst supporting the wider team
  • To take ownership of room and event set-ups to the required standards, includes moving furniture and equipment
  • Quality check rooms to ensure they meet the required standards and report any maintenance issues
  • Check the event management system regularly and print catering and function sheets updating bookings as required
  • Work effectively with external suppliers supplying good and services for events
  • Ensure that all storage areas are clean, tidy and in accordance with H&S and hygiene requirements
  • To greet guests and provide them with the relevant information to ensure they receive the support they need throughout their visit
  • Manage any guest feedback on-site and support the sales and marketing team in obtaining feedback post event
  • Ensure that all food set-up and service is managed within health and safety and food hygiene legislation
  • To work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to complete any associated administrative duties
  • Adhere to all standards, policies and operating procedures at all times
  • Attend meetings as requested including departmental, operational and sales
  • Ensure high levels of personal presentation and hygiene are maintained at all times
  • Carry out administrative tasks as requested by the Senior Leadership Team
