Based at the office working within a team you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working as part of a team, ensuring cover is provided at all times
  • Dealing with customers on the phone and email, taking orders and dealing with general enquiries. Providing office support to Sales Office Manager
  • Advising stock levels to sales team
  • Personable with excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Dealing with general administration duties including filing, post etc.
  • Needs to be professional at all times
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Highly proactive and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
