In this role you will gain knowledge and experience in Store and Head office Customer service.  The candidates will move store/dept during the term of the apprenticeship to gain greater knowledge and understanding of our business.

Intermediate Customer Service Practitioner Standard.

Formal training to be provided by Weymouth College with informal, on the job training by Woods Furniture. The on-the-job training will consist of providing the highest level of customer service to our internal and external customers. The core responsibilities will be delivered in the workplace, mainly face to face. These may be one-off or routine contact with customers and include dealing with their orders, payments, offering product advice, guidance, and support, meet-and-greet, sales, rectifying problems, after care support, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring our customer satisfaction.
