As an apprentice you will assist in the production of artwork, promotional literature and will play an important role in the development of a successful ecommerce website. In addition, you will support facilitating marketing communication with customers, including social media and email campaigns. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Entering product information to website 
  • Administering Marketing database  
  • Using Mailchimp to create email campaigns which deliver results 
  • Taking and editing product photographs 
  • Artwork and literature production 
  • Assist in design of packaging 
  • Input in to traditional and digital advertising, online email and social media campaigns 
  • Produce and maintain company documents 
  • Control and organise the day-to-day running of a variety of social media accounts. Provide content and help drive customer engagement and retention and grow audiences for various social channels.  
  • Produce video content to help advertise products 

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Basic knowledge of I.T. and design software 
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) 
  • Experience of web design software or CMS platforms would be beneficial but not essential 
  • A complete finisher with attention to detail for consistency

Upon qualification, D.I.P.T. Limited is keen for the apprentice to become a permanent member of the team.
