Our apprentice will be enrolled on a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship and will have time during working hours to complete training both at work and at college.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advise on or authorise repairs and servicing to refrigeration and tail lift and related ancillary equipment on trucks and trailers
  • Raise warranty claims and monitor progress
  • Monitor financial and time limits on repairers 
  • Update repair/service details on to the computer
  • Cost, code and authorise invoices 
  • Check service documents for compliance to legislation and regulations 
  • Initiate the repair of broken-down units and advise all relevant teams
  • Monitor and chase work in progress 
  • Observe Health and Safety and statutory regulations at all times
