Key responsibilities and duties of the role:

  • Front of house reception -meet and greet clients when attending appointments
  • Deal with all telephone enquiries and emails
  • Make bookings and take payments for appointments
  • Manage the New Patient process
  • Collate relevant client information for marketing purposes
