Duties include:

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, walk-in
  • Liaise with the couriers
  • General admin/filing
  • Ordering Stationery
  • Process bank payments
  • Input Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • Assist with month end routines
  • Sales order processing - website/telephone/walk-in in customers/emails – this entails processing the order, creating despatch notes through to invoicing customers on our inhouse bespoke sales order processing system
  • Some book keeping experience would be advantageous but not essential, full training will be given

We are a mail-order company and as such being able to work as part of a small team is essential, this may involve other tasks not listed above, such as moving boxes & packing up parcels on a busy day! These sorts of tasks add to the ‘making every day different’ nature of our company.
