The role will initially involve:

  • Completing admin work (emails and updating spreadsheets)
  • Proof reading qualification materials
  • Facilitating exams for our students and providing customer service over the phone
  • There will also be the opportunity to learn how to help with e-learning course design and creation, creating marketing and social media material to promote courses and the business and even writing brand new content for learners
