The perfect apprentice chef needs to be passionate and knowledgeable about the food industry. He / She should have basic culinary skills, such as knife skills, and knowledge of different ingredients, cooking equipment and kitchen procedures.
The Apprentice Commis Chef will assist in with the daily operation of the kitchen
