Due to the continued growth and success of the company, we are currently seeking the right applicant to join our friendly team based out of Hitchin, Hertfordshire. This is a very varied role and would suit somebody who enjoys:

  • Being on the road, meeting customers, providing customer support and problem solving, along with installation and maintenance of hardware
  • The successful candidate will be fully trained on our product range to help assist with installations, setup, commissioning, swap outs and end-user training
  • Our Epos Field Service Engineers are at the forefront of ensuring our customers business are expertly supported by installing and maintaining essential services equipped with the latest Epos technology
  • The solutions we provide encompass Touch Screen Epos Terminals, Card Payment Machines, Tablet Ordering,Self-Service Ordering Apps, Kiosks, Fingerprint Biometrics, Proximity RFID along with the provision of both wired and wireless networks
