To provide admin support to the domestic contract admin team. Duties to include:

  • Engineers’ timesheets - transferring to wages spreadsheets
  • Updating bespoke software
  • Contacting clients / tenants via telephone or letter to book appointments
  • Booking appointments with subcontractors
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Ordering materials
  • General office typing
  • Monitoring progression of engineer’s work

The office is very busy, the person must be flexible and willing to work under pressure.
