The successful candidate will undertake a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks and looking after the business with minimal supervision. You will be familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel and have sound organisational, customer service, communication, social media, and interpersonal skills.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring customer are greeted in a professional manner
  • Respond to all first-line inquiries by telephone, face to face and social media
  • Follow up enquiries and keep the excel sheets up to date
  • Keep record of learner’s data, attendance and completion
  • Identify and understand customers' needs and advise accordingly
  • Support tutors as and when required
  • Uploading Social media posts and stories on daily basis
  • Diary management, photocopying, mail, filing, sorting and preparing daily post
  • Organising course dates and trainers, creating quotes, booking course, completing paperwork, dealing with the enrolment process
  • Keep your working area clean and tidy
  • You will be responsible to build a strong relationship with current and old customers
  • Ad-hoc day-to-day administration tasks to support business
