Duties include:

  • Create basic and ad hoc reports in Crystal Reports when requested
  • Assist IT Manager to create, amend and implement our new IT support reporting systems
  • Maintain existing JTA Crystal reports
  • Monitor and check Spam box
  • In all websites make changes to content and ensure amendments are timely and accurate
  • Maintain and test websites to include the daily checking of the XML feeds and ensure that websites are fully functioning
  • Support in house team with IT Software queries to include Excel, Unity, Word, Vibe, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Teamwork
  • Providing support, including producing procedural documentation
  • Take ownership of some IT queries from internal Staff in Teamwork Desk- and seeing job through to resolution with help of IT Manager and External IT Support
  • Print content created from marketing
  • Apply content created by Marketing Department and ensure it appears correctly on all websites
  • Gain an understanding of JTA spreadsheets and formulas and repair when needed
  • Log bugs with IT systems

Requirements and prospects

Good PC literacy –particularly MS Office, Word and Excel

A-C or 4-9 GCSE or equivalent Including maths and English
