As a recruitment administrator apprentice you will be working with our recruitment consultancy team, supporting all aspects of administration to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. Duties to include: 

  • Formatting CV’s 
  • New starter calls on a Monday  
  • Answering phones
  • Ordering stationary
  • Ordering gifts for clients
  • Send timesheet reminders 
  • Inputting data onto the app and Bullhorn - Kpi’s
  • Help team members with projects
  • Show clients to meeting rooms
  • Let clients/candidates into the building via intercom system
  • General Admin support

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Administration experience is desirable, but not essential for the role
  • Excellent confident verbal communicator
  • IT skills

Personal qualities

  • Well presented
  • Good team worker

Desired qualifications

Math and English Level 4 GCSE (or equivalent).

Please Note: As part of this apprenticeship you will NOT be required to attend College or a Training Centre. All of your learning and support will be delivered via a work based tutor who will visit Calibre Search every 6-8 weeks.

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator Standard, with support from your employer and Learning Unlimited.

As part of your apprenticeship and dependent on your prior attainment you may be required to complete maths, and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded an additional certificate of recognition for these qualifications.
