CMT is a busy and fast-growing supplier to the construction industry. We require a proactive and motivated person to support the team, duties will include:

  • Amending purchase orders and checking against supplier sales orders
  • Chasing suppliers on updates for orders – by email and phone
  • Editing product codes
  • Keeping sales team updated with specific stock lines
  • You will assist and help carry out tasks on Orderwise, Microsoft and emails
  • Engage with suppliers to obtain relevant data and record on the system
  • Recording data with accuracy and in a timely fashion
  • Assist with producing data analysis where required
  • Perform financial processes (Procedures) i.e. create a purchase order/invoice, take direct payment from internal/external customer.
  • Deal with queries
  • Help write reports
  • Help review others' work
  • Help coach others
  • Review processes, make suggestions for improvements and then implement these.
  • Assist in organising meetings and events, takes minutes during meetings
