Providing support to the sales team with various admin roles such as price analysis, preparing formal contract paperwork and then once contract secured uploading onto our in-house filing system and updating all the relevant systems with the information.

You will have the opportunity to manage and be responsible for maintaining day to day functions within the office. The role is primarily administrative, however, there is a unique opportunity for the candidate to learn basic procurement and facilities operations within the Energy Industry.

Duties include:

  • General ad hoc tasks such as scanning
  • Filing creating word, excel and pdf documents basic customer emails
  • Answering the phones for customer service roles.

We are currently in the process of installing a new system so once this has been done we will need to input all customer information new/old into here this will be a data entry exercise which will be with the admin team and this will provide a great starting point of learning about energy invoices where to look for important information such as Mpan/Mpr cost per kWh etc.
