The successful candidate will be expected to learn to carry out all kitchen duties, Must have passion for cooking, based around enthusiasm to learn, must be able absorb information at all times. The candidate will be given a unique opportunity to learn from two high calibre chefs with a wealth of experience and knowledge in food preparation

Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Paper work
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness
- Preparing fresh food to order
- Helping to clean and maintain the kitchen equipment
- Safety and compliance with hygiene and Covid19 regulations at all times.

A good standard of math and English is desirable
Full time position for the right candidate after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
About the employer
The Weaver is a late sixties building which lays in the community heart of Macclesfield the building has undergone a major transformation in the last six years but still maintains that community feeling with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Business is family run, which provides a high standard of service to all are customers.
The Pub provides a freshly cooked food menu prepared by our fully qualified chefs, which is served in are restaurant. We also provide a good selection of cask ales, lagers, spirts and wines. We have a separate bar area which lends itself to a sports area with large HD viewing screens and surround sound which allows you to take in the atmosphere on match days.
