The successful candidate will work with the business support teams and provide assistance across various departments including buying, HR and administration. The role will suit a reliable, enthusiastic and efficient person who is seeking a busy role in a friendly, professional environment. We are looking for a team player, with good organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to work under pressure, a willingness to learn and capable of showing initiative.

Some of the duties for this apprenticeship will include:

  • Supporting the admin team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the organisation
  • Assist with the processing of subcontract orders
  • Assist with supplier pre-qualification paperwork
  • Monitoring the return of subcontract orders
  • Monitoring and updating subcontractor insurances
  • Assist with CITB claims and monitor training courses
  • Gain an understanding of our systems, tools and processes we use within the business
