Overall purpose of role:

  • To gain a broad understanding of the administration requirements of all business areas, working towards a full-time sales advisor role on the customer sales floor
  • Provide a quality and efficient service to customers, potential customers and introducers and achieve sales targets
  • Achieving apprenticeship qualification

Main Duties:

  • Work within administration of all areas to support the team in achieving its targets and develop the relevant skills to become a full-time sales advisor
  • Make and receive calls to / from customers, potential customer’s and introducers
  • Provide quotes and sell products to clients, ensuring that all sales activities reflect client’s needs and are compliant, while maximising sales and minimising costs
  • Arranging finance agreements and taking card payments from customers in a compliant manner
  • To complete apprenticeship coursework within set deadlines

Other related duties as requested.

Future prospects

Full training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the apprentice has the skills and expertise to become a permanent member of the team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme. Wage regularly reviewed and increased based on performance.
