    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

    Monday to Friday. Times TBC. Will also be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm for which time off in lieu will be granted.

Duties will include: 

  • Gather information about clients to add to database
  • Arrange & conduct viewings for sales/lettings properties
  • Follow up viewings and feedback to vendors
  • Meet with clients and assess their needs
  • Deal with customer enquiries effectively
  • Market and advertise the property
  • Reach sales targets for the company
  • Deal with phone and email queries (internal & external)
  • Liaise with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers etc.)
  • Build a client base
  • Keep your administrative records updated
  • Generate Mortgage Appointment & Financial Services appointment
  • Cold call database to generate business
  • Canvassing
  • Videos for website and social media
  • Take ownership of your own development
  • Monthly sales meeting with Branch Manager
  • Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
