Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate all administrative tasks within the department
- Work closely with managers and supervisors to provide administration support
- Create reports, produce spreadsheets and bind documentation
- Drafting and sending out correspondence
- Maintain company in-house database
- Compile excel spreadsheets
- Scanning and renaming documents
- Upload documents on to the client’s portals ensuring that the documents are uploaded in accordance with procedures and in the set time limit
- Process Engineer’s timesheets and reports
- Assist in the preparation of invoices prior to their submission to Clients
- Any other administrative tasks as required
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have good attention to detail
- Preferably have experience within a similar role
- Have good IT skills and the ability to use a variety of packages
Personal qualities
- Be self-motivated
- Be able to liaise with staff at all levels
- Have good organisational and time management skills
Desired qualifications
- GCSE English and maths level 4/C or above (or equivalent)
