Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate all administrative tasks within the department
  • Work closely with managers and supervisors to provide administration support
  • Create reports, produce spreadsheets and bind documentation
  • Drafting and sending out correspondence
  • Maintain company in-house database
  • Compile excel spreadsheets
  • Scanning and renaming documents
  • Upload documents on to the client’s portals ensuring that the documents are uploaded in accordance with procedures and in the set time limit
  • Process Engineer’s timesheets and reports
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices prior to their submission to Clients
  • Any other administrative tasks as required

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Preferably have experience within a similar role
  • Have good IT skills and the ability to use a variety of packages

Personal qualities

  • Be self-motivated
  • Be able to liaise with staff at all levels
  • Have good organisational and time management skills

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE English and maths level 4/C or above (or equivalent)
