Administration & Customer Service Apprenticeship TAX Assist
We are looking for a confident person to join our local accountancy firm. This is an excellent opportunity to gain office experience and your customer service qualification! We are looking for someone with good communication and organisation skills.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 35.00

The role will include:
- Answer telephone calls
- Handle correspondence received by post
- Simple data entry (populate cards payments spreadsheet, petty cash etc)
- Any ad hoc support to the accountants
- Follow up prospects calls
- New clients signed up courtesy calls
- Disengagement clients letters
- Onboarding (admin part)
- Emails asking clients to bring books in

- Excellent time keeping
- Responsible and reliable
No formal qualifications required but assessment will be carried out at interview to determine whether this programme is suitable.
The successful candidate can progress onto further training or into employment.
