An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Apprentice to join the Reception team at our award-winning holiday park. As part of Royale Resorts, Stowford Village is a busy holiday destination which includes a range of holiday accommodation, touring caravan site, caravan storage and a wide variety of on-site leisure facilities.

This is a varied role which will be mainly Reception based. You should enjoy working with members of the public as customer engagement is key in this role.

You will be:

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Answering the telephone
  • Making bookings
  • Taking payments
  • Dealing with customer queries

Candidates should be well-presented, be competent in English and maths and have good IT skills.
