Responsibilities will include:

  • Producing accurate records and documents, including emails and letters, files and payments and reports and proposals
  • Review and update databases, record information and produce data analysis where required
  • Understanding and following procedures where necessary

  • Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard

This will be delivered by DH Associates to you within your work place (work-based learning).  The qualification is over a 12-month timescale. You will meet with your trainer on a monthly basis and assessed throughout the qualification. You will need to submit work on a monthly basis also, along with completion of functional skills where appropriate.
