A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Business wise solutions in Nelson. They are looking to expand the business development team with huge potential to progress quickly in this role. The role of Junior Business Development Executive exists to provide top of funnel activity to drive sales growth.

The Junior Business Development Executive will work closely with a member of the field sales team and make outbound contact with decision makers within our target market to understand challenges and pain points and begin to introduce our solution range through a consultative sales approach.

This role will use a mix of -

  • Telephone 
  • Email
  • Social media and digital communication platforms such as zoom/screen
  • Conferencing to identify, engage and nurture prospects into sales.

Progression would be to eventually sit in on meetings with field team to broaden knowledge. Progression into a field role is possible after required learning and continuous success at Business Development Role.
