This role is focused on the core of the business, the training courses. You will be working with others in the team to ensure courses are ran both efficiently and effectively. The role will also allow you to experience, sales, marketing etc.

Roles include:

  • Dealing with telephone & email enquiries
  • Generate leads through different social media channels
  • Work with existing clients to assess their needs
  • Source new clients for the sales team
  • Using the CRM database to upsell to clients
  • Working with the course administration team to ensure that courses run smoothly
  • Attend conferences and networking events
  • Work with promotional partners to promote Bayfield
  • Assisting with event set ups
  • General administration tasks

Should the candidate be successful, future full-time employment will be considered.

It is worth noting that the company has a full-time staff member that has come through the apprentice scheme.

Things to consider

This is an office-based role, however, there will be opportunities provided by the business to attend meetings, seminars and conferences.

Office hours are 09.00am to 17.00pm, however, you may be asked to work additional hours if required.
