Duties include:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner, to ensure messages are passed on to the relevant person and that ultimately our customers enjoy good customer service and are kept updated about the progress of orders etc
  • Ensuring new customers’ details and orders are entered on our database system in an accurate and methodical way
  • Creating invoices and ensuring customers are issued with them in a timely fashion
  • Data cleansing to ensure our customer database is populated with up to date details
  • Calculating costs and booking stock deliveries on the system without error
  • Liaising with local, national and international hauliers, to ensure we receive the most competitive rates available for transportation of goods
  • Managing supplier calculation spreadsheets to ensure the up to date accuracy of pricing
  • Bonus for the right person - assisting our marketing team with the upkeep of our social media and web platform presence – this will be a great opportunity to get creative with ideas for campaigns, as well as develop skills in Adobe Creative products (e.g. Photoshop and Illustrator) - if an individual has a flair for it, then it will be encouraged
