An exciting opportunity to join our small team of very experience engineers to learn all aspects of engineering and fabrication.

This includes:

  • Welding
  • Plating
  • Drilling and cutting
  • Interpreting the CAD drawings

You will also be required to spend part of your week in the office assisting with the completion of relevant paperwork for the jobs the team have completed and answering the telephone to existing and new customers.

GCSE English and maths or equivalent is preferred.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who shows initiative and is able to communicate with other members of the team.

Desired qualifications

GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and maths (or equivalent). (If you do not already meet these criteria, we will ask you to sit initial assessments to indicate which level you are currently working at).

Future prospects

A full-time position within the company will be available for the right candidate.

  • Working with steel is a physically demanding job. You will be working with metal at very high temperatures
