The position available is Trainee Chef in this new and exciting restaurant, duties will include food preparation and service in a busy kitchen. 

The successful applicant will be capable of following instruction and being part of a hard working yet happy team. There will be room for career progression, including wage reviews at 6 month intervals.

Benefits include a share of tips plus food when on duty. You will be receiving training from a Chef with 25 years industry experience. This position is not for the faint hearted as the restaurant will be serving locally sourced produce which includes crab and lobster which arrive live, and fish which arrive whole – so get practicing those filleting skills !
