Duties will include: 

  • Preparing the counter display each morning
  • Preparing core and specialty items for the display
  • Preparing mise en place for brunch menu
  • Preparing and serving fresh and seasonal produce
  • Assuring high cleaning standards are maintained
  • Assuring all allergen information on items produced is correct
  • Supporting all members of the team to ensure all sections, including pot wash, are ready for service and with clean down
