About the employer

The reputation and customer base of Premier Modular Ltd are the envy of many competitors in the modular buildings construction market, a position built on the quality of our customer service, product range and our off-site modular construction facilities.

When it comes to know-how and innovation, we are proud to be leaders in our industry. We manufacture cost-effective, functional, comfortable, and inspirational modular buildings for sale and portable modular buildings for hire.

A strong heritage:

Premier is owned by the Waco International group. The UK company was formed by the merger of the Premier Transline and Interlink brands when Waco International acquired the latter in 2004. In 2011 Premier also acquired the intellectual property rights of Britspace, including the design rights to Britspace modular prefabricated buildings and relocatable buildings, enabling us to offer an even wider range of modular accommodation solutions.

The group employs over 3,000 people worldwide and has a turnover of £250m, making us part of a financially robust global organisation. This gives us the financial platform to take on and complete major modular buildings construction projects successfully and the financial strength to develop new products and to keep our modular building manufacturing facilities at the forefront of industry practice.

How we work:

Premier can work as either the main contractor or a sub-contractor and have considerable experience of working within a network of supplier parties and project stakeholders. We also deliver off-site construction turnkey packages, where we manage everything, taking total ownership of the modular buildings construction project from start to finish, creating a building ready for immediate use.

More about the advantages of turnkey solutions:

We are leading modular building manufacturers and have a modern, purpose built off-site construction facility on a 22-acre site in East Yorkshire, with the capacity to produce over 200 modules per month - that's over 7,000m2 of modular buildings per month.
