Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone and email enquiries for the rental team
  • Creating invoices on internal database 
  • Inputting customer invoices onto accountancy software 
  • Responding to customer enquiries 
  • Maintaining and updating customer database
  • Completing tasks as requested by Rental Manager to support the administration function in the business

  • Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint desirable
