Things to consider

Whilst The Wendy House is primarily based indoors, we do operate a Forest School and Meadow area so all applicants should be prepared to work outdoors. The Nursery provides care for children between the ages of 0-5 years, staff are required to be flexible and prepared to work with all ages.

We operate to very high standards and make no apologies for staff being told to improve and to ensure that standards do not fall. We operate a second Nursery and staff may be, from time to time, expected to work there to cover sickness and/or holidays.

We take our profession extremely seriously and are incredibly passionate about caring and educating children. Any applicants need to share this enthusiasm.
